4. How and when will I receive my flight ticket?
Once your booking is confirmed and full payment is received, we will send your e-ticket directly to your email address — usually within a few hours of booking. E-tickets are industry standard and fully accepted at all airports worldwide. You simply print or show the ticket on your mobile phone at check-in.
5. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

12. What baggage allowance is included with my ticket?
Baggage allowances vary by airline, route, and ticket type. Economy class tickets typically include 23kg of checked baggage, while business class includes more. 13. Can I use someone else's credit card to pay for a flight?
For security reasons, we only accept debit/credit card payments from the lead passenger. If the cardholder is not travelling, they must visit our office in person with their chip and pin card for us to process the payment securely.
14. How far in advance should I book my flight?
For peak travel periods (Christmas, Eid, summer school holidays), we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance to secure the best prices and availability. For off-peak travel, 6–8 weeks is usually sufficient. For last-minute travel, call us directly — we sometimes find excellent late availability deals.
